Payment of service charges and government fees
Applicants can choose to deposit the service fee, company registration fee of $1,720 and business registration fee of $2,150 into our designated bank account by cash, credit or transfer. Once the payment is credited to the bank account, we will start the company incorporation process immediately.

The company has set up and completed
Upon completion of the incorporation of the company, we will hand over the Certificate of Incorporation (CI), Business Registration Certificate (BR) and other relevant company documents to the applicant.

Open a bank account
For applicants who make an appointment to open a business account with a local bank or online wallet, we will assist in the preparation of the necessary documents for the account opening. However, the outcome of the account opening process is subject to a number of factors and the final decision rests solely with the bank.
